The frame definitely adds a lot to the shot but the original picture itself was good material (well, the framing's maybe a bit off ;) ) with nice light and b&w treatment (yes, that's n&b for me too).

Quite a shot Jeff, I do really like it. Makes you look a little rough around the edges though, not someone I'd get into an argument with. Many of us know that the other half is a softie.... Perhaps you need to perform some arm stretching exercises?
